HMRC has published a consultation paper on amending the qualifying conditions for Community Amateur Sports Clubs for comments by 12 August 2013.

Launch of “Charities Online”

The UK Government has launched the Charities Online system allowing charities and sports clubs to claim gift aid repayments via HMRC‘s website.

The Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme has also gone live, allowing charities to claim top-up payments on cash donations of up to £20 without donor declarations.

HMRC publish latest list of sports clubs qualifying for Community Amateur Sports Club status. Good to see an increasing number of Scottish clubs listed.

HMRC has published the latest list of registered Community Amateur Sports Clubs. The list is available here.

CASC staus takes a bit of effort to achieve. That said, the benefit can be thousands of pounds per year and is worth looking into.
